We ship nationwide.

After your order is verified, the goods will be shipped in 2-5 working days (excluded weekends), varies depending on stock availability and the necessity of stock transfer. There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to factors out of our control. Hikayat KL is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

Kindly be informed that Hikayat KL is using a personal bank account holder at the moment for any payment transaction. Fret not, we will ensure that the transaction process is well-secured for both parties.

DELIVERY STATUS

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.

Domestic shipping (Malaysia)

• West Malaysia - RM10 standard 2-5 business days
• East Malaysia - RM15 standard 2-5 business days
